As the Manager – Sales for Training business vertical you will lead our initiative in training and education. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our training programs to new and existing clients while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will develop sales strategies, build relationships, and drive revenue growth in the training sector.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve training sales targets
  • Align with various Government/ funding agencies and get approvals for CU’s training courses
  • Align with 3rd parties for course curriculum development and resources such as trainers
  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of training programs to clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
  • Collaborate with the training department in APAC to ensure alignment of sales efforts with program offerings
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closures
  • Analyse sales performance data and prepare reports for management
  • Provide excellent customer service and support post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • In future, lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

  • Graduate in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales management in training or education sector, preferably in the Information Technology or AI related training segment
  • Strong understanding of various training programs and training methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans and achieve growth targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations
