Human Resources Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Human Resources at Klang, Malaysia for HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER.
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible to lead our HR team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and business goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the hiring of top talent to meet business demands across our diverse industries.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment, implementing initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
- Performance Management: Establish and maintain an effective performance appraisal system, ensuring continuous development and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies, while maintaining up-to-date employee guidelines and handbooks.
- Learning & Development: Design and implement training programs to upskill employees and build leadership capabilities.
- HR Operations: Oversee payroll management, benefits administration, and HR budget.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for resolving employee grievances and fostering strong working relationships.
Requirements
- Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Postgraduation in HR or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) would be advantageous
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role
- Knowledge and experience of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices
- Proven track record in managing HR strategies for diverse sectors, service sector
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR software and tools
