Her interest in regulatory compliance began in the pharmaceutical industry. After several years in biological and pharmaceutical research, Gillian moved to the Food industry. She has more than a decade of experience in Food Safety with a particular focus on food labelling and risk-based approach to regulatory compliance. Gillian has a Postgraduate Certificate in Education and has found her niche in training and educating.
