About the Halal certification
To meet this demand, Control Union Turkey, is authorized by the Health, Safety and Halal Association (HelalDer) in Turkey.
The Halal Certification Standard (Helal 22 Management System Standard for Halal Certification) developed by HelalDer, is based on the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System Standard.
How you benefit
The integrity of halal food needs to be secured by independent, third party, halal product certification. Control Union Turkey provides this. Resulting from growing demand from both Muslims and non-Muslims, halal-certified food is marketable globally and accepted in non-Muslim countries.
